Who Am I?
For over 20 years, I have been a coach and leader, specializing in guiding individuals through personal and professional growth. Now, with formal clinical training through my Masters in Social Work, and advanced trauma education from Dr. Christine Cocchiola, I bring a deeper level of expertise to support those navigating coercive control and complex trauma.
Blending clinical education, lived experience, and trauma-informed strategies, I help individuals regain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
